3 steps, about 2 minutes. Do them on your Android phone.

Use one Google account for everything

The one in your Play Store. To check, open Play Store and tap your picture at the top right.

Google Play doesn't know you're a tester yet. Check these:

Wrong account. In Play Store, tap your picture at the top right and switch to the account you used in steps 1 and 2.
Missed step 2. Joining the group isn't enough: you also have to tap Become a tester.
Just joined? It can take up to an hour. Close Play Store, then try step 3 again.
Searched for it? Beta apps don't show up in search. Use the step 3 button.
No Join group button? You're not signed in: tap Sign in at the top right of the group page.
Kid's, school or work account? Google may block those. Use a personal Google account.
No Google Play on your phone? Some phones, like newer Huawei ones, don't have it, and the beta needs it.
